Equipment advantages

The automatic hydraulic block making machine is a new‑generation fully‑automatic concrete brick‑making equipment, suitable for large‑and‑medium‑scale commercial brick factories and solid‑waste recycling projects. It adopts platform synchronous vibration combined with hydraulic forming technology, equipped with PLC intelligent control system. The whole line completes automatic batching, mixing, feeding, pressing, forming and demoulding.

It can take fly ash, mine tailings, stone powder, slag, sand and other raw materials to produce hollow blocks, solid bricks, perforated bricks, colored paving bricks, interlocking bricks and curb stones. By replacing different moulds, one machine can produce multiple brick types. Featuring stable running, high brick compactness and large output, it is ideal equipment for brick‑plant investment.
